• Password (encrypted—we can’t see it)
• Optional profile information

• Educational logs, notes, photos, and uploads you add to your account
• Reports you generate
• Tags, categories, and subjects you create

• IP address, browser type, and basic device info
• Usage data like when you log in, create entries, or generate reports

d. Cookies & Tracking

• We use limited cookies to help the site function properly (like keeping you logged in). We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or creepy tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the Kiddo Log platform
• Let you create, edit, and export your homeschool records
• Improve our features based on how people use the app
• Send occasional service-related messages (e.g., password reset emails)

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. Ever.

Short answer: very few people. Only when absolutely necessary:

We never share your info for marketing purposes. Period.

7. Children's Privacy

Kiddo Log is intended to be used by parents, not directly by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we find out we have, we’ll delete it right away.

8. International Users

We’re based in Australia, but we welcome homeschoolers from around the world. If you’re outside the Australia, your data will be stored and processed both here and in the U.S. for redundancy. By using Kiddo Log, you consent to that transfer.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time (especially if we add new features). When we do, we’ll post the changes here and update the date at the top. If it’s a big change, we’ll let you know directly.
